A collection of opera librettos bound together into two volumes (apparently there once was a third volume, but it is not present). Some have manuscript additions indicating cast members at specific performances. They appear to have been collected by or donated to the Library and bound at a later date. Most were printed in either New Orleans or Napoleonville, Louisiana during the middle of the nineteenth century (those items published elsewhere are indicated in the following list of titles).
